Digital Paintings - The End

     Both paintings have the same theme (probably every artist comes over time to this point and I am sure it's not the last time) and that's The End. It can be viewed from many angles, it is not always just about the end of life, but also the ego, hope, joy and pain .... Yet there is no need of repentance, change is a natural course of all things.

     Oba tyto obrazy mají stejný námět (zřejmě každý výtvarník časem dojde právě do tohoto bodu a jsem si jistá, že to taky není naposled) a tím je Konec. Lze na něj nahlížet z mnoha úhlů pohledu, nejde vždy jen o konec života, ale také ega, nadějím, radosti i bolesti.... Přesto není třeba lítosti, změna je přirozeným dějem všech věcí.

Ultimately, it is very simple. Why? That's why .... for the color, for the movement, for the consistency, for the freshness, for the beauty, for the part and totality, ...for painting itself. That's why I paint.

Nakonec je to velmi prosté. Proč? Právě proto....pro tu barvu, pro ten tah, pro tu hutnost, pro tu svěžest, pro tu krásu,  pro část i celek,... pro malbu. Proto maluji.

Digital Paintings

It's time to learn something new, try another medium. Working on a computer is different, even though I noticed that I approach to painting nearly identical compared to traditional media such as acrylics or pencil. I tend to paint rather than using all kinds of auxiliary tools. I create the whole image in MyPaint (I like the brushes) and for final editing I use Gimp.

Nastal čas naučit se něco nového, vyzkoušet jiné médium. Práce na počítači je odlišná, ikdyž jsem si všimla, že přistupuji k malbě skoro totožně ve srovnání s tradičním médiem, jako jsou akryly nebo tužka. Mám tendenci spíše vymalovat obrázek než využívat všelijaké pomocné nástroje. Celý obrázek vytvořím v MyPaint (mám ráda jeho štětce) a pro závěrečné úpravy použiji Gimp.
